El Camino a la Legalidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a\u00f1os en la lucha por el consumo l\u00fadico del <em>cannabis<\/em> o marihuana en M\u00e9xico ha afrontado una lucha indiscutible llevada a varias generaciones, como resultado, el 28 de junio de 2023 se hizo la declaratoria de inconstitucionalidad 1\/2018 por parte la suprema corte de justicia de la naci\u00f3n (SCJN), en la cual declara permitido el autoconsumo y autocultivo de <em>cannabis<\/em> con fines l\u00fadicos y recreativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunado a esto se ha creado una asociaci\u00f3n civil dedicada a la gesti\u00f3n de dichos permisos en beneficio de sus socios, <em>Freewana<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Nota-4-scaled.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-11788\" src=\"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Nota-4-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Nota-4-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Nota-4-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Nota-4-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Nota-4-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Nota-4-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Freewana<\/em> aporta un documento de dos hojas emitido y membretado por COFEPRIS, donde se otorga la autorizaci\u00f3n para: sembrar, cultivar, cosechar, preparar, poseer, transportar, y consumir; asimismo, para la adquisici\u00f3n legal de la semilla de <em>cannabis<\/em> siempre y \u00a0cuando cumplas con las especificaciones legales; ser mexicano mayor de edad y presentar un escrito libre ante la COFEPRIS solicitando la autorizaci\u00f3n sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin duda es un acontecimiento que cambiar\u00e1 el rumbo del manejo y la industria de este producto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y t\u00fa \u00bfQu\u00e9 opinas del giro en el consumo de la marihuana?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Danitza Flores, LCI)<\/p>\n<div class=\"likebtn_container\" style=\"\"><!-- LikeBtn.com BEGIN --><span class=\"likebtn-wrapper\"  data-identifier=\"post_11783\"  data-lang=\"es\"  data-style=\"\"  data-unlike_allowed=\"\"  data-show_copyright=\"\"  data-item_url=\"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/?p=11783\"  data-item_title=\"Freewana \u00bfQu\u00e9 es?
