{"id":1532,"date":"2016-08-18T20:17:54","date_gmt":"2016-08-19T02:17:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/?p=1532"},"modified":"2016-08-18T20:17:54","modified_gmt":"2016-08-19T02:17:54","slug":"movimiento-ciudadano-no-tendra-diputados-en-el-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/?p=1532","title":{"rendered":"Movimiento Ciudadano no tendr\u00e1 diputados en el Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Sala Regional Monterrey dej\u00f3 a Movimiento Ciudadano sin diputados en la pr\u00f3xima legislatura de Aguascalientes y sin acreditaci\u00f3n ni acceso prerrogativas a nivel estatal, al confirmar la asignaci\u00f3n de curules de representaci\u00f3n proporcional hecha por el IEE y validada por la Sala Administrativa y Electoral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNo es conforme a derecho realizar un ejercicio restando de la votaci\u00f3n total los sufragios a favor de candidatos independientes para calcular el umbral m\u00ednimo del tres por ciento. Asimismo, tanto el art\u00edculo 17 de la Constituci\u00f3n de Aguascalientes como el 232 del C\u00f3digo Electoral Local toman en consideraci\u00f3n el porcentaje de tres por ciento de la votaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida emitida, a fin de que pueda observarse la representatividad real de cada fuerza pol\u00edtica, pues se consideran todos los votos que tuvieron impacto en la conformaci\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano\u201d, estableci\u00f3 la sentencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la decisi\u00f3n, el partido naranja perdi\u00f3 representaci\u00f3n en el Congreso durante los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os.
