{"id":3472,"date":"2017-02-10T20:09:59","date_gmt":"2017-02-11T02:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/?p=3472"},"modified":"2017-02-10T20:13:56","modified_gmt":"2017-02-11T02:13:56","slug":"aguascalientes-debe-avalar-matrimonio-gay-y-reasignacion-generica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comunicacion.uaa.mx\/revista\/?p=3472","title":{"rendered":"Aguascalientes debe avalar matrimonio gay y reasignaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La directora general de Estudios, Promoci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de los Derechos Humanos en la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, Leticia Bonifaz Alfonzo, recomend\u00f3 a los diputados de Aguascalientes reformar el C\u00f3digo Civil local a favor de la comunidad LGBTTI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bonifaz Alfonzo plante\u00f3 ante la comisi\u00f3n legislativa de Derechos Humanos este viernes la necesidad de que las leyes de Aguascalientes incluyan temas como el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo, reasignaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica en actas de nacimiento y detalles de actas de defunci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCon el tema de la reasignaci\u00f3n me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n la pregunta de si alguien se quiere, por ejemplo: si hay cuotas de g\u00e9nero y s\u00e9 que hay un espacio de mujer, si no me cambio solo para eso como si fuera un tema de gusto. No tienen idea ni del proceso hormonal; como si \u2018El Chapo\u2019, para que no lo atrapen, se vuelve \u2018Chapa\u2019, les dije\u201d, coment\u00f3 la investigadora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconoci\u00f3 que los diputados est\u00e1n abiertos a escuchar y a capacitarse; sin embargo, no se mostr\u00f3 optimista con respecto a las modificaciones que permitir\u00edan los matrimonios igualitarios en Aguascalientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y es que, desde 2014, la Corte declar\u00f3 inconstitucional el art\u00edculo 144 del C\u00f3digo Civil, que impide las uniones homosexuales al definir al matrimonio como la uni\u00f3n entre un hombre y una mujer. A pesar de esta sentencia, ni la legislatura pasada ni la actual (que lleva tres meses en funciones) han reformado esa legislaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs un tema donde los particulares quedan en desventaja y van a tener que recurrir al amparo cada vez, que no es lo ideal.
