Si eres mujer\u201d cuando \u00a0pides de favor a un hombre que te ayude con algo, que se burlen de ti por creer que todas las mujeres somos igual de capaces que un hombre para alcanzar oportunidades, desarrollarnos personal y profesionalmente en el \u00e1mbito que queramos y llegar al \u00e9xito igual que ellos, que se burlen de mi por creer en la equidad. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os se ha visto la importancia de garantizar que las mujeres gocen de los mismos derechos humanos que los hombres y que sean tratadas con igualdad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\">Hemos apreciado el momento en que una mujer se ve afectada y\/o violentada porque tiene curvas, porque se le ven las piernas cuando se pone short o un vestido cuando hace calor, cuando se pone un labial rojo, cuando baila, cuando camina, cuando habla, cuando es mujer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No me vale cada d\u00eda sentirnos m\u00e1s inseguras, no me vale no poder expresarnos como deber\u00edamos, no me vale que nos excluyan de los proyectos importantes en \u00a0nuestro trabajo ni que nos paguen menos, no me vale que me hagan prejuicios, no me vale que me traten <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u00fan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cuando valgo lo mismo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\">Harta que disfracen los hechos con un \u201cno es cierto, no te creas, que sentida\u201d, porque no importa cu\u00e1ntas veces intentamos hablar de frente o alzar la voz, es costumbre tratar a la mujer como menos, y no me vale. Por eso nos levantamos \u00a0con m\u00e1s ganas y m\u00e1s valor para trabajar, estudiar y luchar por nuestros sue\u00f1os, me preparo y comparto lo que aprendo, hago lo que puedo para ayudar a quien me necesita, doy el ejemplo y no me rindo ante las circunstancias a pesar de todos los obst\u00e1culos que se presenten, yo soy mujer y s\u00e9 que ese detalle no me limita, que no me volver\u00e1 a cerrar puertas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No podemos retroceder el tiempo y corregir estos errores, tenemos que seguir adelante, le debemos eso a las mujeres que luchan a diario por sus derechos y libertad en todo el mundo,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este movimiento \u00a0involucra a hombres y mujeres, ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, que claman por la erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia contra las mujeres y las ni\u00f1as la indignaci\u00f3n que se est\u00e1 generando y la demanda de cambio. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estar en contra de las mujeres es una acci\u00f3n generalizada y no conoce fronteras.
